Refund

For all product orders, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 60% of the product price. Ordered products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Order can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Incorrect and incomplete information regarding customer address.
• In case of wrong product pricing or specification mentioned on Pavitrom.com.
• Unavailability of products.
• In exceptional cases, if manufacturer's products are out of stock and no longer available for sale, the product will be cancelled.
• We offer return/replacement within 48 hours of delivery of the order.

Return Information

Damages, discrepancies & returns must be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving goods by e-mail, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. In the case of damages, a video of the fault should also be provided. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 2 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. We will not be able to accept any items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration.

• The item/s must be returned with a debit note enclosed.
• Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.
• We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post.
• We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
• Refunds will be made once the items are received by us.
• Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment, with 10% deduction.
• Refunds can take 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Shipping

We strive to deliver products purchased from Pavitrom.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Delivery

• We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
• If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post's Book post / Speed post / parcel service.
• We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 4–7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers.
• For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post's Book post / Speed post / parcel service which may take 1–2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of India Post.
• Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
